Greg was born into the automotive business. His father owned a small car dealership and motorbike shop with the family home on the premises. After completing an automotive mechanic apprenticeship with Preston Motors Holden, he returned to work in and manage the family business for the next eight years. For the last 28 years he has been employed by the Royal Automobile Club of Victoria (RACV). Starting as a Vehicle Inspector, doing on-site tests, he then moved into his current role of New Car and Automotive Product Tester in 1985 in the RACV's Vehicle Engineering team. Overall, Greg has worked in the automotive industry for the past 40 years and has an "A" Grade Automotive Engineering certificate. |
